Moving to a hotel with quiet rooms was a delightful experience for me. The room was comfortable, quiet, and sufficiently dark with blackout shades, plus the bed was nice with lots of pillows. Despite the sink plug not sealing and some noise from outside, the room was quite spacious compared to others I've had in Colombia. The only downside was the need for a shade to block out the bright morning light.

The service was exceptional, especially from the manager who was extremely helpful and accommodating. The staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service, were all very friendly and amazing, always ready to help with any questions.

The hotel was quite big compared to other rooms we'd had in Colombia and had everything we needed, although the plug in the sink didn't seal and you could hear people outside the room quite clearly. It was great to have a balcony on the street.
